Located directly across from Snake Island on Lake Simcoe's southeast shore.
The Snake Island area is well known for Lake Simcoe's big Jumbo Perch, and other jumbo perch hotspots nearby include Cook's Bay, Roches Point, Maple Leaf Park, Sibbald Point, and Georgina Island. Big jumbo perch are not the only catch of the day here - pike are everywhere the perch are and lake trout and whitefish inhabit the deeper waters on the western side of Snake Island.
